Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via the official GameSir website with your order number and the specific reason for your return.
Receive Return Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address for our service center.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your GameSir controller or accessory in its original packaging, including all cables and manuals, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians receive and inspect your device to ensure it meets our quality standards, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
